2003年より銀座に店を構え、本年で15年目を迎えました。

これも偏に当店を支えてくださる方々、何よりご愛顧いただいておりますお客様のおかげでございます。
改めて感謝申し上げます。

この先も日々精進し、素材の吟味、おもてなし、技術などすべてに怠らず、お客様に喜ばれるお料理を追及してまいります。

また、当店でのお食事を心置き無くお楽しみいただけるよう、食材の好みやシチュエーションなど、事前にご要望をお伝えいただけると幸いです。
可能なかぎりではございますが、お客様のご希望に沿えるよう努めさせていただきます。

The restaurant was opened in 2003 in Ginza, and it reached its 15th anniversary this year.
This is all thanks to the people who support this restaurant, our dear customers who favor us above all.
We would like again to express our gratitude.
We will continue to improve every day and pursue cuisine our customers are pleased with, without neglecting the careful selection of the ingredients, our hospitality and our techniques.
Furthermore, we would be happy if you informed us of your likes and dislikes and other circumstances regarding ingredients beforehand, so that you may enjoy your meal at our restaurant without reserve.
We will do our best to follow our customers' requests as much as we can.

生産者の方が丹精込めて育ててくださったお野菜や、漁師の方が命がけで獲った魚介などは、それぞれに違う味わいを持っており、時期や状態でも変わります。
その味わいを最大限に引き出すために、味付けは濃すぎず薄すぎず。
素材の持つ旨味をご実感いただければ幸いです。

皆様にお食事をお楽しみいただく空間は、落ち着きがあり、肩肘張らずにお寛ぎいただける雰囲気作りに努めております。
個室はテーブル席にてご用意し、ご利用される人数に合わせてご案内いたします。
接待や会食といったシーンにもご利用ください。

We're putting our efforts in creating a calm atmosphere in which our customers can relax without being too formal, in order to create a space in which you can enjoy your meal.
Private rooms are prepared at the table seats, and we will guide you to them depending on the number of customers using the room.
By all means, use them in occasions such as receptions or dinners. Our seasoning is neither too strong nor too weak, in order to bring out the flavor of the meal to the greatest extent. We will be delighted if you successfully feel the delicious taste of the ingredients.
